Guest guest
My understanding is thay coconut reduces pitta and by applying it to the scalp and feet it has a cooling effect. The head, feet and hands are areas in which our bodies looses most of its heat. Debbie I guess this is why my hands are always sweaty also---quite embarassing. Could the coconut oil on my hands help this also. Guess I can't get it on my head and feet without getting it on my hands;-) Thanks, Mal
