follow it as much as I can.

 

Please explain the significance of:

 

4. Rubbing coconut oil on his feet and head.

My understanding is thay coconut reduces pitta and by applying it to the scalp

and feet it has a cooling effect. The head, feet and

hands are areas in which our bodies looses most of its heat.

I guess this is why my hands are always sweaty also---quite

embarassing. Could the coconut oil on my hands help this also.

Guess I can't get it on my head and feet without getting it on my

hands;-)
