Guest guest
Thanks so much all of you for the instructions on doing stretch pose. I just tried it and can do it for two minutes straight. Is it okay to start at two minutes daily and build up from there? What is the longest length of time one should do stretch pose daily? I really enjoyed doing stretch pose. What are the many benefits of stretch pose? Sat Nam Sangeet Kaur

Tuck your chin and make the neck tight instead of loose. If it hurts don't do it. Leg lifts are great. Also try putting your hands under your hips. Guest guest
Dear Gururattan Kaur, Thank you so much for your guidance. This morning I did stretch pose for 3 minutes. My body was shaking a lot by the time three minutes came around. I will do stretch pose for 3 minutes 2 times daily and let you know how it benefits me. I know right away I feel so happy to be able to do stretch pose and feel it is very good for me. This exercise produces the deepest relaxation. It is wonderful when it is over. The shaking will pass. the nervous system is being strengthened. Guest guest
Sat Nam Angie: > Which exercise is Nabyia kriya? Perhaps I've done it before, but I >don't remember the name. Because of the importance of the navel point, there are actually many nabhi kriyas (Nabhi Kriya for Digestion, Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana, Navel Center and Elimination, etc.). "Nabhi kriya" is just a generic term for the navel kriyas. Just didn't want you to be confused if the one in lesson 7 (same as the one in "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World") is different from other(s) you have practiced or will encounter. Many blessings, Sadhant
