If this is stress / anxiety related, you might try the sitali pranayama:

curl your tongue (like trying to make a U shape) and inhale through it,

exhale through the nose, Sat on the inhale, Nam on the exhale. Besides

reducing stress, this will also reduce tension in your jaw (which is

probably causing the teeth grinding reaction). Hope this helps!
