Guest guest
A few days ago someone on the list was asking about the 'Salute to the Moon' Ardha Chandeasana'. My teacher (Not KY but Integral Hatha & Vini Yoga) just taught it to our class and everyone loved it. As the Sun Salute is energizing the Moon Salute is calming. She gave us a diagram by Richard Miller which I have scanned into my computer. I'm not sure about sending graphics to the list (don't want to slow things down) but if anyone is interested I will be happy to send the diagram to them off list as a jpeg attachment (or I could save it as something else if preferred). Guest guest
Hi Peggy You can't send any attachments to the list - they are removed automatically by Groups as part of our anti-virus strategy. You can upload the JPEG to the files section of Kundalini Yoga - on the Groups Website, and then announce its URL to the list so that anyone interested can go take a look. This applies to anyone else who may wish to share KY or Yoga-related materials with other rs. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please send requests for salute to the moon directly to "Peggy Sue" <pmcrae And Peggy Sue if you would please send Gordon and I both copies we will put it on Gordon's list to put on our www.kundaliniyoga.org site. I think this might be good to use for my New Millennium Being newsletter on the Moon coming up in celebration of Cancer. So for those who can't get it from Peggy Sue, we will make it available. Thanks and Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Gordon, Sat Nam. Earlier you sent me a message about responding directly to someone from the list. My understanding was to click the reply button for a particular email, see the orignal message pop up in the body of the reply, cut or copy and paste the address listed after "" and paste that into the "To:" of the reply email. I have tried this, I too have Outlook, and I get a message saying that this person is not found in the address book, which of course it isn't. Did I miss or misunderstand something in your directions? I am attempting to send this email identically. Thank you Karta - gordon Kundaliniyoga Thursday, April 12, 2001 10:00 AM Re: Salute to the Moon Hi Peggy You can't send any attachments to the list - they are removed automatically by Groups as part of our anti-virus strategy.
