Guest guest
What I learned from meditation is that: 1) First: you practice let go of things, let go of burdens, giving up the baggage of past and future, and concentrate on the present monent. You are here, you are mindful. (reason of giving out past and future are: past: may be right or wrong, so it could be distorted. future: is uncetain, unknown, unpredictable.) 2) Second: silence awareness on present momet. awareness is different from thinking, instead of silently aware of whatever comes into the mind, you choose silent awareness of just One Thing, in this case, it can be Jesus Mudra. I hope this may help you.
