I am so very new at all this,....the yoga..the kundalini... im deeply connected to working toward healing....and i know that what i seek..what my path is found in eastern ways of healing...yet, well i have no idea where to start. whom to ask...i am from africa. thats where i live, work and currently based...My Name is Toni...I hope this is the place to be.... I must add, i started meditation about a month ago.I am being guided by my friend and she has been involved in the Osho movement for over 20 years...I do not know whether this is the good place to begin.
