stretch pose & nauseated feeling

I tightened my navel area and stomach muscles while doing bow pose, cobra,

locust etc., and the nausea has gone away!

I feel much stronger and much more determined to live my life's path since doing

stretch pose daily- and it has only been one week!

This is very important information. I think the same will be true with

dizziness and ungrounedness.

Great news. Keep us posted. This is proof stretch pose can change your

life. If you have time to do only one exercise in the morning, this is the

one.
