The lecture is to be recorded in your own voice and listened to for 40 days. Originally YB said that we were supposed to paraphrase what we understood, put it in our own words and record it and listent to it for 40 days. Then someone else interpreted that you have to use his words. I will let you decide. I have given an interpretation and his actual lecture. You can choose from there. And no instructions were given,to performe that exercise, The instructions are in the lesson that I supplied the link to get the text of my review of the lecture. NMB issue #24 > realise and intract with our working god be explained a bit. For me this means that we realize God is part of us. Our connection helps us realize the power that helps us do what we came here to do. A worshiping God is one that we pray to hoping for favors. A working God is activated as we are activated. Mediate on this. This is how I am understanding the meaning. .. > 1) I couldn't find, in any of the chapters the importance of the thorat chakara and how to develop it?
