I am just starting on my spiritual path, and came across Kundalini a couple of times through books and people. I am not familiar with much yet, as I am still reading and researching about it. I do feel that I am in the right path and hope that we can all share our experiences. I will begin kundalini yoga on Monday, April 16, and I am very excited about it. I read a book called "kundalini energy and christian spirituality" by Philip St. Romain, and that book opened my mind. I came to find out I also have gone through some kundalini experiences without knowing so, and again, I am very excited to be finding out. If anyone can refer me to books I can read to become more familiar please email me. I have just discovered Kundalini Yoga through the videos of Nirvair Khalsa and have joined this list to expand my knowledge. I look forward to hearing from you all.
