There is now a fully illustrated section covering KY sets and meditations, taken from Gururattan's books, and providing a small glimpse of the depth of material available in them. We have sets for the heart, kidneys, navel center, anger, to settle disputes, mixing prana and apana, etc, and meditations such as Long Sat Nams and the Smiling Buddha as mentioned on the KY list on Friday. In all a total of 15 pages. We hope you will find this material a useful addition to our online resources.
