I know I've been feeling strange lately, sort of out of touch and my husband has felt a lot of anger. I had a scary dream a couple nights ago that was pretty negative/paranoid. Yesterday I did the set for "State of Mind and Paranoia" and it was really great. I think everyone gets a little crazy sometimes and what can make the difference is knowing how to treat yourself. I am thinking of doing a class on solar energy. I know of the sun energy set in _Transitions..._. I'm wondering what would be best for this current solar activity.
