Guest guest Posted April 20, 2001 Report Share Posted April 20, 2001 hello all, at the end of ravis singh's video Higher Power Yoga (I just did it this morning and really liked it, although it is definitely not an easy tape--lots of breath of fire that was a little too difficult for me, and some poses where breath of fire was combined with a movement, and i am not coordinated enough for that yet!) Ra Ra Ra Ra Ma Ma Ma Ma Sa Ta Na Ma is chanted. I was wondering what this meant and what energetic effects this chant had.
