Guest guest
Along with the other mentioned meditations, I'd like to share one with you wich I did some time ago and helped me a great deal. It's a pranayama using the "Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung" mantra, and is supossed to be most powerful pranayama there is. - Hands in gyan mudra - Eyes focused on tip of nose, with eyes 9/10th closed - Inhale while chanting the mantra mentally 4 times - Hold the breath, and chant mentally 4 times - Exhale while chant me 4 times - Hold the breath out and again chant mentally 4 times Specially the last part can provoce quite some anxiety, what helped for me was to just let go of the tension that would build up in the solar plexus and throat while holding the breath out... you'll learn to love it ;-) This meditation clears the subconscious of fear and helps you to become more calm and focused in situations of high pressure. The breath will become very slow. It I'll do wonders for your solar plexus (=fear issues)! I suggest you build it up slowly, starting at 5 or 11 minutes. Blessings & Sat Nam, Henno _______________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
