I live in Melbourne (Australia) and started my first yoga course nearly 10 weeks ago. I also study Multimedia, read endlessly on various theories of life, love and self and share my home with a very easy-going friend and my three cats. Since starting yoga I have become interested in all aspects of the discipline and would like to learn more about the many benefits of practice. I look forward to reading the insights and experiences of the group, as I do to developing and contributing my own.
