Dear Pieter:

I want to thank you for this very educational article, as well as for

the effort you have put into your website.

Folks, if you haven't read this or explored his site a little, I

definitely want to recommend that you spend a bit of time here:

KY is a very practical thing. Lots of work, lots of effort. And the

reality is, sometimes it gets pretty hard. Like when you are halfway

through a 31-minute Sat Kriya, and wondering "Why the @#$% am I doing

this?"

;-)

We all go through periods of doubt, times when all of this work seems

like an awful lot of effort, times when we don't seem to be making

any progress, and sometimes it is very helpful to have some

motivation, some inspiration, something to look towards. If you

explore Pieter's site, I am pretty sure you will find something (I

have found plenty!).

He has links to some truly fascinating stuff. You can find

interviews with really advanced people from all sorts of different

spiritual paths, for example, and lurking everywhere is Truth.

Hearing some Truth, regardless of the source, can be incredibly

powerful, vastly useful, and very supportive of our journey.

I wish you all the best in yours.

Love & blessings,

Sadhant

Hi Siri Ram:

> are you sure this is the right address I am having trouble with it.

This is working fine for me:

<http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/umbada/pieter11.htm>

Some older e-mail or browser programs can get confused by certain

formatting issues. If you have trouble using a link directly, you

can also try to copy and paste the URL into the Address area (this

may have different names in other browsers, but wherever you directly

type a URL in your browser).

Many blessings,

Sadhant

Sat Nam!

Does anyone have any info on LAYA (sp.) Yoga?!

It was referenced to me by a TIbetan Lama,

Hope all are well,

Karta Singh

Dear Karta Singh,

Laya yoga is the science of using the chakras to bring about higher states of

spiritual realization.

Laya Yoga links and harmoniously attunes the physical, etheric, astral and

mental bodies to each other and to consciousness by developing the Chakras.

Blessings,

Siri Ram K.
