Guest guest Posted April 30, 2001 Report Share Posted April 30, 2001 Well, I had a great, very social weekend with some friends whom i had not seen in a long time, but it has left me drained and feeling strangely negative. I mean, sure, it's Monday, but this is ridiculous! Are there any techniques that you use and like? I have heard that Sat Kriya is very effective over the long term for depression, but am specifically looking for something to help me move this negative energy to something more positive. Also very random question: my skin has been breaking out recently, and I am wondering what could be the cause of it, yogically speaking. Actually almost any set will work to get you balanced and positive. There is the set for anger that was posted and Gordon may have the link to it. Otherwise some good pranayama, lots of breath of fire and you're back. You probably just need to get centered in your own energy. Skin problems can be related to the liver and the need for cleansing. Go to kundaliniyogameditation.html All the sets posted to the site are still there. However, we are now going to rotate the links. There will be one meditation and one yoga set available at any given time, and this will change weekly.
