Well, I had a great, very social weekend with some friends whom i had

not seen in a long time, but it has left me drained and feeling

strangely negative. I mean, sure, it's Monday, but this is

ridiculous! :)

Are there any techniques that you use and like? I have heard that Sat

Kriya is very effective over the long term for depression, but am

specifically looking for something to help me move this negative

energy to something more positive.

Also very random question: my skin has been breaking out recently,

and I am wondering what could be the cause of it, yogically speaking.

I heard once that acne was related to the liver, and was wondering if

anyone out there had any advice for me.

Actually almost any set will work to get you balanced and positive. There

is the set for anger that was posted and Gordon may have the link to it.

Otherwise some good pranayama, lots of breath of fire and you're back. You

probably just need to get centered in your own energy.

 

Skin problems can be related to the liver and the need for cleansing.

Hi to All

 

The anger set is currently featured as our Set of the Week on the Yoga

Technology Site. Go to

kundaliniyogameditation.html

 

All the sets posted to the site are still there. However, we are now going

to rotate the links. There will be one meditation and one yoga set available

at any given time, and this will change weekly. We found that folk were

being overwhelmed by the amount of information that was available under the

new system.
