Guest guest
Dear Gururattan, Sadhant Sat Nam Thank you for the responses, you both answered my question. The meditation bench sounds like the way to go for me. I used to be able to sit in semi- lotus, but years of abusing my knees via running at best only allows easy pose. Guest guest
Sat Nam, While doing Sat Kriya I find it difficult to hold my arms straight and close to my ears. Is this totally necessary to gain the benefits from Sat Kriya? Sat Nam, Sangeet Kaur

Are you trying to do it for a long time? One of my teachers pointed out that it is better to do it perfectly for 3 minutes than to do it poorly for 31. This is why it is preferable to progress as slowly as necessary to maintain excellence, rather than trying to achieve longer times before we are ready for them.
