I tried to yesterday using the instructions

i received confirmation that i d... but i am still receiving postings

today. Was my not successful, or does it take a few days to get

processed?

Dear Libby and anybody else who might be concerned:

 

There are two lists related to the KY group: KYTraining and Kundaliniyoga.

If you are d to both of them, you need to from both

separately. You can do this from (you need to sign in first) or

by sending email to these two addresses:

KYTraining-

Kundaliniyoga-

 

The KYTraining list sends out Gururattan's KY lessons and otherwise there is

very little discussion on that list. If you are interested in receiving the

lessons but you don't want to receive all the mail related to KY from the

Kundaliniyoga list, you can from Kundaliniyoga and keep your

subscription to KYTraining (or the other way around if you are interested in

just the general discussion).

 

If you have trouble with the list it is generally better to send email to

the group owner - our dear Gordon : )! - at Kundaliniyoga-owner

rather than to the whole group. I am posting this to the group just in case

some of you were not familiar with these issues... Hope this helps.
