After stretch pose and Sat Kriya I totally relax. The more I do this the deeper

I go into the relaxation. To me now it feels very necessary. It is almost as

if my body is frozen still during this time.

My question is what happens on a physical and spiritual level during this time?

I have no thoughts just a complete stillness.

I have always heard that during the relaxation time the change occurs.

What really does happen after Sat Kriya and Stretch Pose

when we totally relax. I find it to be an integral part of my kundalini

experience. Please share your experiences.

What happens is - alchemy! Stretch pose and especially Sat Kriya raise your

energy level, many times energy you didn't even know you had. During

relaxation afterwards this newly awakened energy moves and settles in the

areas that need it the most, for immediate but durable change. While during

the exercise it is you who is working on raising the energy, during

relaxation it is this new energy that is working instead on curing ailments,

cleansing the body and the mind. This is why it is important to relax after

these exercises. At least, this is how wise people have explained it to me

: )!

Many blessings,

Satsang Kaur

No words, no explanation, no intellectualization could be as

significant, as satisfying, as important as your experience. Trust

in that.

Pieter's article has a wonderful analogy - he said, in essence, that

doing KY is like installing new software on your computer, software

that requires that your machine be re-started for the changes to take

effect. The relaxation is the period when you are shut down, so when

you are re-started, the new software is now ready to go.

:)

There is nothing in the world like the relaxation after Sat Kriya.

For me, this is one of the wonderful things about building up my

time, because that means I get to relax for longer (always relax at

least as long as you do Sat Kriya, preferably twice as long). As

hard as a 31-minute Sat Kriya is, the 31-minute relaxation afterward

is a blessing like none other...

Much love, many blessings,

Sadhant
