Guest guest
Dear Henno, > How about when you just do just a small warming-up and a meditation at > night? Is it advisable to relax afterwards? Either relax or sit very quietly and be consciously present to what is happening. After the KY meditations, which are usually exercises of some sort, it is recommended to sit and let the shifts absorb into your consciousness. This is a good time to listen inside to the cosmic sound, look inside and be in the cosmic space or be with the flow of the breath in your body. Ideally you want to connect with some infinite experience. Light in the mind, sound inside, space inside are three of the most obvious options. They always exist. We just have to tune into them. The goal of the meditations is to create this connection. After the meditation these experiences are easily available. You can also simply go to sleep. Meditation before sleep is great. The manta will eventually be in your consciousness the whole night. And you may wake up hearing its vibration in your mind.
