Guest guest Posted May 4, 2001 Report Share Posted May 4, 2001 Hello, This is only my opinion : jogging brings you up to heigths, sometimes. But it makes muscles tense, when yoga makes them flexible. So jogging is not yoga, even though it may awaken the runner... sometimes and for a short duration.
