Hello,

After reading the Tibetan Exercise of paradaox in Maureen

Post, I wish to share this one.

As you know, I am traiing 'my own way', trying to explore

and experiment without being influenced that much by trends.

For a while now (two months) I explore my body from the

inside, using my thought as a finger.

At first, the feeling is blurred and numb.

Sometimes it gets more precise.

Sometimes it really acts as a finger, bringing to life, that

is to sensation I mean, regions that were not consciously

aware precedently.

I slowly progress.

Anyone experimented that ?

Greetings from France,

Froggy Jacques

Hi Jacques

I have long felt my mind has 'fingers' and I use them to explore the space

around me as well as inside my own body. I feels as if I am getting to the

point where I feel energy, inside my body and out, as if it is solid

material with weak spots and firm, some spots I can 'poke' right through

while others are strong and elastic. It has become an exploration combined

with the attempt, nowadays, to use those same fingers to mend the weaker

areas and to get the energy to feel the same throughout.

Sat Nam,

Ravi
