Guest guest
SAT NAM All I hope everybody's having a cool week! My question: What posture/meditaion goes with this mantra - "Aap sahaaee Hoaa Sachay Daa Sachay Dhoaa, Har Har Har"? Thank you to everyone for a great group SAT NAM Phil
Guest guest
Hallo Phil! The one I know is in Lotus seat, with three movements: Once in prayer pose, next with the right hand on the hearth and the left arm straight to the side, 60%, the third is with both harms straight 60%, like a prayer to the universum. With each Har pump slightly the navel point. Enjoy! Blessings, Sat Sarbat Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Phil, This mantra can also be chanted in easy pose with the hands on knees in guan mudra. Feel your emotional body engaged in the chanting. You get to figure out how to do that. It is like chanting a love song to yourself. It will feel very soothing and your body will relax. Guest guest
Hallo Samantha! You stay in a position for the duration of a whole mantra repetition. Then you change at the next Aap Sohaee... and so on. It's a very quiet and slow movement, which opens your heart. Many blessings, Olympia
