My 2nd chakra seems to needs constant attention/balancing; I already do a 9 sutras daily. Besides Sat Kriya, what are some good kriyas/sutras to focus on this REALLY out-of-balance chakra of mine? Also, strangely, a couple days before, during and a few days after a full-moon, I am very sexually obsessed. This happens EVERY MONTH and it's really nerve-wracking. My my 2nd chakra really needs some special attention at this time. I also feel it somewhat on a new moon. Work up to five and then sit quitely or do excercises to move the energy to the heart. This exercise is called harness your horniness. It works. This exercise is in Sexuality. With legs bent/crouched so the back is parallel to the ground? Guest guest Posted May 9, 2001 Report Share Posted May 9, 2001 Sat Nam, See page 28 in Sexuality. You can also grab on to the ankles. I do breath of fire instead of long deep breathing. Exercise one. This would be a good set for you to do. This is a great set for just what it says "To raise the kundalinli in quick order." However, I cannot guarteed you will stop howling.
