Guest guest Posted May 11, 2001 Report Share Posted May 11, 2001 Sat Nam everyone : I've been reading different ways to do this pranayama, in a book called "pranayama" by André van Lisebeth says that this exercise should be done without holding the breath, with the purpose of balancing tha pranic flow that goes through both nostrils and so to purify the nadis. The Hata Yoga Pradipika and a book by Swami Sivananda say that the breath should be held in. ¿What is the best way to do this pranayama in KY? ¿Are there different benefits by holding the breath or not? and ¿If should be done holding the breath in, can you apply the 3 bandhas?
