Guest guest
Sat Nam, And here are a couple more suggestions. A liver cleanse. Drink alkaline water. Incorporate more alkaline foods in your diet. Acidic water and diet promote disease and infections. Someone else will have to fill in the details. I am just researching this myself. Although there is a book on alkaline cooking which I will tell you the name of when I get it. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Edie, I agree with the advise on diet. A liver cleanse might be good too. > Does the kriya for making the skin radiant as posted on the website below also help clear mild acne? It will certainly help. Years ago an Avon lady came to the Ashram in Boston. The person answering the door said we do not use these products. She looked the faces of serveral angelic looking women and asked What do you do?" My friend replied, "We breathe." Pranayama is one of the best things for skin. Pick anyset with lots of breath of fire. Also inversion exercises. Make a swing and hang upside down 3-5 minutes a day. Shoulder stand is good, but I hestitate to recommend it without instruction. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
