Sat Nam Sadhand! I appreciate the reply

I was just wondering where exactly do you position the

pillow/folded part of the blanket.....under my butt or

my legs?

Sat Nam to all!

For me, putting the corner of a blanket just under the base of my

spine is very helpful, helping to straighten my spine and bring my

knees closer to the ground.

With the V-shaped pillow, I plump up the part under my butt, and it

also supports my legs somewhat, and I can even do a very comfortable

half lotus this way.

But our bodies are all different - you could experiment and see what

is best for you.

Happy sitting!

Love & blessings,

Sadhant
