Thank you all of you for the helpful suggestions for my skin rash. I have

started many of these suggestions and will keep you informed as to my success.

During this past week I have noticed abrupt changes in my thinking. I believe

my soul's desires are becoming stronger than my old pattern of thinking and my

soul's direction is winning.

I used to struggle with unpleasant thoughts related to my being abused as a

child, etc., I would always try to mentally stop the thoughts with really no

success. I did counselling

and nothing freed me from this torment that I have experienced for over 20

years.

Most recently I have noticed a major shift in my thinking.

At a time when these thoughts started to come over me

a strong authoritive voice inside me stopped this like never before. I feel

this has now left me for good and I can finally fill my soul's desire.

I have memories from before I was born, I always have and now feel I connect

better to the real me and it is the real me inside me that is now stronger and

that is emerging and the old physical personality me is disappearing - all

thanks to Kundalini yoga and it's power to unite me with my soul. Can anyone

relate?

This site might be of interest you:

It has a kriya to make the skin radiant, as well as some other stuff.

>Can anyone relate?

Yeah :-)

Hello All!

I am new to KY and there are no teachers in Hawaii where I live. So I am

practicing solo with videos by Ravi Singh and manuals by Gururattan.

Does the kriya for making the skin radiant as posted on the website below

also help clear mild acne? Any other suggestions to help clear this

condition

is very much appreciated.

Dear Edie,

Although KY is a wonderful tool for creating radiant skin, your diet plays a

major part as well. Apparently, there is something that you're eating

that's not agreeing with you. For example, if I eat too much chocolate,

eventually I will break out in blisters. Along with your practice of KY,

why not try a body cleanse. After my practice in the morning, I juice up

fresh fruit. One of the recipes for radiate skin is: 2 apples, carrots and

fresh ginger. Drink a glass of this once a day and you will not only see

the difference in your skin, but if will begin to feel like silk.

Hi Sheila!

Thanks for the information.

The frustrating part is that my diet is pretty pure. I eat about 75% raw

food (fruits, salads, sprouts, etc.) each day with the 25% consisting of

cooked whole grains, vegetables and protein (tofu, beans, etc.). None of

the candy, cakes, soda, etc., and rarely salt (I use Braggs to season)...

Nuts I noticed does contribute to my breakouts. I've also recently stopped

eating avocados because I'm feeling if the liver is clogged it, there might

be difficulty processing the oil.

My husband is a naturopath, so I've pretty much got the health part covered.

I think health wise I'm doing all possible. I will try the juice

suggestion.

It may be a combination of things, and I know that even if I'm on a healthy

diet, some of the foods still may not be agreeing with my system. My

digestion could be stronger, so probably even doing some kriyas that

strengthen the solar plexus area may help.

I'm still experimenting...thank you...

Dear Sangeet Kaur,

Thanks for sharing how your consciousness is changing. This is truly the

exciting part of our path.

Yes, I can relate. I feel like I can separate myself more from other's

actions. It is like there are doing their thing, but I don't have to react.

I feel like I am more consciously in control of my energy. I even had the

thought that I could enjoy my life regardless of all the demands on me or

all the things that I have to do or think I have to do. Somehow I seem

closer to separating the doing and the being.

Edie,

Sometimes a diet of raw veggies and fruits can set off the balance and can

cause problems such as skin problems. I, personally, have a problem with

eating soy because it causes my skin to break out. When I stop eating it,

my skin clears up. Maybe you could try eliminating it from your diet for a

few weeks and see if it makes a difference.

Hi Kelly!

Thanks for your insight. I just went to my acupuncturist yesterday and she

said that I was so orange and asked what I was eating. I've been eating way

to many mangoes (I love them, it's mango season here in Hawaii) and fresh

orange juice and papayas. She thinks it is the mangoes. She also suggested

for me to rotate my diet and eat in moderation.

I do fine with tofu, the only soy product I eat.
