food cravings

Sat Nam,

 

Sometimes I have the desire to eat a lot of protein or bread or sweets and

when I give in, I really wish I hadn't. I sometimes think that these

cravings have something to do with kundalini awakenings because I am often

on the verge of a breakthrough when they happen. What can I do to perhaps

keep myself more balanced and not eat so much when I don't really need to?

in the abundance meditation - I am trying to visualize more white light and

I don't feel as heavy.

Dear Amanda,

 

Maybe you need more protein at this time. Sweet cravings are often an

indication of not enough protein. Don't wait till you have a craving to take

care of yourself.

You do want to be present to be able to receive. See if you can use the gold

light to be stable and still, not heavy.
