Dear Carlos,

 

I have thought about it but I do not know a meditation that is specifically

to remove heaviness in the back of the head. If I can talk with Gurucharan

at Solstice I will ask him.

In the meantime alternate nostril breathng might help.

 

Maybe getting obsessed with a mantra would shift his attention and use the

energy in a different way.
