Guest guest
I am looking for a kriya to relieve insomnia. I have not been able to sleep for more than two to three hours at a time. I wakeup about four or more times a night. I'm having trouble reaching deeper stages of sleep and therefore feel exhausted in the morning. I know that this has been caused by too much aerobic exercise (kickboxing) without enough rest (overtraining syndrome). I have been resting for more almost two weeks now but feel like I have depleted something in my body. I'm afraid a traditional doctor will prescribe pills and I'm hoping to avoid this. Sat nam, K.A. I wakeup about four or more times a Check out the meditation on the KYTraining lesson called Bedtime meditation. It will put you to sleep. www.kundaliniyoga.org > almost two weeks now but feel like I have depleted > something in my body. Yes, your kidneys. Do something for them. Chinese herbs are good. I found wheat grass in power or tablets and cranberry capsules have helped my kidneys a lot. Breathe into them. On the inhale hold the abdomen so you don't breathe into it. Expand the back where the kidneys are on the inhale. Also go to an accupunturist. SAt nam, Gururattan Kaur

Guest guest
There is a Kriya in the Sadhana Guidelines Manual you could try....you may also try some left nostril breathing in bed as you are going to sleep....I find personally, sitali pranayam, before bed helps me to sleep?
