Such a resource is: http://www.punjabonline.com/sikhism/jap_home.html This page has the whole JapJi Sahib online in Gurmukhi with transliteration and also with English translation. You need to download the Gurmukhi fonts from the page above before being able to see the script correctly displayed. The words "Sat Nam" are part of the first sentence of the Mool Mantra (the very beginning of JapJi Sahib) - you can probably figure out which part that is by looking at the transliteration on the line below.
