Hi,

I tend to get a rash around my neck and chest aggravated by sweat -

any suggestions?

Also I am doing smiling buddha meditation at the moment. The

instructions say - pulse sa ta na ma mentally out to infinity - has

anyone tried this meditation - I find my breathing gets in the way,

should you try and coordinate the breathing with sa ta na ma?

Thanks for help

Rashes are often related to allergies, which in this case could be a

reaction to something you are wearing or something you are eating.

With meditations like this one, where the breath is unspecified, I

find that it is helpful to begin by establishing the breath pattern

(long deep breath unless otherwise specified) and then adding the

other elements. Usually in such situations the body will find a

comfortable pattern that won't require conscious attention.

All love surround you,
