I wrote dr.Dharma Singh Khalsa and for a variety of physical conditions his

recommendations were Sat Kriya 6 minutes a day.

I started off at one minute now I do one three minute session followed by 5

minute rest and then I repeat it.

Has anyone experienced healing from the raise in Kundalini energy through daily

Sat Kriya?

I have noticed small changes on a daily basis.

I have been doing Sat Kriya daily for about 6 weeks. I do it for 3 to 11

minutes (for a total of 9 to 33 minutes of resting). I started with 2 to 3

minutes and did that for a while before increasing. I have seen really

dramatic changes.

 

My energy level is now high and steady. After about 3 decades of trying

everything in the book for acne, my complexion cleared up. I had been

having cold sores one after another for a while and that stopped. My

periods over the years had become more consistently and progressively more

painful and I had a completely pain-free period last month. My emotions

have balanced out and lifted. I am around a person who talks continuously

and thinks out loud and that no longer irritates me. And I no longer feel

put upon, like "why do I have to do everything?"

 

I guess Sat Kriya would do different things for different people, but this

had a more dramatic effect on me than other kundalini yoga things I have

been doing sporadically over the last 3 years.
