Guest guest
Thank you for your response. > I have a son (20 y.o.) and sometimes does not know > how to deal with obsession, he realizes when he's > being obsessive about little things, but even so he > keeps tied to them. > When he gets obsessive, he feels dull and heavy in > the back of his head, My son Carlos read the replies that you sent, and I don't know what happened, but I think he felt inspired by them in some way, that he started practicing a simple meditation just being aware of his breathing., and it's amazing but just in a few days he has been feeling better. He has heard from me about yoga, meditation etc., during years but he never felt touched. And perhaps it's a little soon to say this, but I feel this time he has been touched. About the heaviness in the back of his head, I suggested him to do the plow together with fish pose, and it´s working, he said that while performing the plow he feels the back being squeezed, and released from heaviness after the pose.... I read that there are 2 important acupoints in this part of the head related to depressive feelings, but I'm just learning about it.
