Guest guest
Dear Jiwan Mukta Kaur: > Do you mean that you do your full moon meditation on the day >after the full moon, since you fast on the day of the full moon? >Please clarify. No, I do the fasting and the full moon meditation on the day of the full moon. Of course the moon is actually full at some particular time during the day, but for the sake of consistency, I do the meditation at bed-time on the day of the full moon. Since I won't have eaten since dinner of the day before, it is at least 24 hours from my last meal to the time of the meditation (in practice, this works out to approximately a 36-hour fast, from dinner the day before to breakfast after sadhana the day after). Love & light, Sadhant
Guest guest
Just so you know, they say the full moon's effect starts a few days before and continues a few days after.
