Guest guest
Sat nam. I noticed a few others on the list received their spiritual name recently. Congratulations! I received mine today as well. My name is Shiv Antar Kaur. It means princess whose essence eliminates negativity and generates new growth. Isn't that beautiful? I feel so honored to have such a wonderful name. In the letter it states I should meditate on my name. Should I use a particular mantra? Or none at all? Thanks, Shiv Antar Kaur P.S.- Thank you Satsang for explaining Eagle pose in detail to me. I have done it in Kunadlini yoga class before. Yet I wasn't aware of the name. _____ Send a cool gift with your E-Card http://www.bluemountain.com/giftcenter/

Guest guest
Dear Shiv Antar Kaur and Deva Singh - May your spiritual names bear fruit and bring you many blessings! >In the letter it states I should meditate on my name. Should I use a > particular mantra? Or none at all? It would be best to meditate on the meaning of your name. It is hard to become the living embodiment of your spiritual name if you aren't fully aware of its meaning. The meaning might sound simple, but the more you meditate on it the more deeper levels will be revealed to you. May you discover and live all of them. Many blessings, Satsang Kaur

Dear Shiv Antar Kaur, your name is the mantra you use while you meditate on it. :-) But you can also meditate on your names meaning - letting it grow within you like a sunrise. He made some numerology calculations with my birthdate and then wrote down the name in my Yoga-teacher-training-diary. Then he added a little ball-pen-painting. :-) Why? Ì was curious what name he would give me :-) Sat Nam - Hari Har Singh
