Jessie....

my cat has done the same thing...!

when i do eagle pose she sneaks up on me and looks at me

curiously and cautiously... however i have to keep her in another room now

when

i do yoga as she bit me the other day... perhaps to "snap" me

out of it... i think it frightens her a bit to see me breathing funny... hehe

sat nam everyone,

i don't know if anyone here is a dog owner (or owned by their dogs,

as the case may be), but yesterday I was practicing along to the

great tape by Carol Carlson (Sat Nam Kaur), and everytime I did

Breath of Fire, my pug would come and lay down next to me. I don't

know if she was worried that her human suddenly started to sound

weird, or if she was maybe attracted to the energy, but it was so

funny i was smiling through the whole thing!

just wanted to share,

blessings to all--

jessie

Hi Jessie! Thanks for sharing your story. My dog is intrigued by breath of

fire too. He likes to stick his snout close to my face and do breath of fire

too! LOL! Both my cat and dog like to be in the same room with me when I do

yoga. They must enjoy the energy that yoga emits.

I have 4 cats and I practice in a room away from them.

they keep putting there paws under the doors and making a hell of a

sound.

singing very loud when ever I practice.

I've noticed that they want to get in to the room with me so much that

they are bleeding and losing ferr on there arms.

I can't let them in cause they get to distracting.(worse than being at

the door.)
