Guest guest
Hello: My name is Becky Stover. I am a new yoga teacher, certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy. I happened upon Kundalini by accident. I borrowed a yoga video by Ravi Singh (if I spelled his name right), and I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga. I ordered books and found a Kundalini instructor about one hour from my house. I have been practicing and devouring any information on Kundalini Yoga. I feel blessed to have this E-mail group and also the KY Training. I look forward to my study of Kundalini Yoga and receiving E-mail from this wonderful group. Guest guest
To answer what I find so absorbing about Kundalini, I will start with the positive flow of energy that I feel after my practice. Also, as I am doing my practice, I feel like I am a part of all of you who are also practicing Kundalini. This gives me a feeling of love and peace which I take with me throughout the day and as I go through my day, I want to share this love and peace with others. What I hope for through Kundalini is to live a healthier life filled with goodness that I can share with all. I hope to become a Kundalini teacher in the future. Kundalini has become such an important part of my life. ( I hope that I am expressing myself properly.) Love and Peace to all of you, Becky Stover
