Guest guest
I agree. While my cats disturbed my yoga practice at first (I even have a scar from when one clawed me when they thought the sun breath was a game) they have since gotten used to it and now just watch me. Guest guest
Someone mentioned that his/her cats so badly want to come into the room, that they have blood on their legs and losing their fur from putting their frontlegs under the door. Isn't being kind to All beings part of yoga? By allowing this situation to continue, you are exercising your body and starving your soul. Open the door and All beings can benefit.
