Is there any help for kidney >regeneration with kundalini yoga? Indeed, there are kidney kriyas - for example, there are several in Gururattan's "relax & Renew", and other books. These kriyas may or may not be helpful in a situation like this. One thing to understand about kriyas that are given for a specific thing, like a "Kidney Kriya", is that yoga kriyas are designed to make that part of the body stronger and more resistant - to keep one from ever having problems with it. That does not mean they are necessarily the right choice for healing. OTOH, the recent book "Meditation as Medicine" by Dr. Dharma Singh supplies specific meditations for different aspects of the body which are useful for healing and optimization of that part. There is a medical meditation for the kidneys, which goes like this: (Always tune in first) Sit in easy pose, or in a chair if that is not comfortable, with a straight spine. Focus at the 3rd eye (brow point), place the hands on the waist, and twist left and right, inhaling as you twist left, exhaling as you twist right. Use the mantra "Sat Nam", mentally repeating Sat on the inhale, Nam on the exhale. Continue 1-5 minutes, and close by inhaling deeply to the center, hold the breath for 10 seconds, then exhale and relax. I highly recommend this book! Love & blessings for complete healing, Sadhant
