from the land of perimenopause.....and interesting side effect!

 

I'd mentioned earlier that after starting the millet tofu diet I'd

had my first regular 28 day cycle period after about six months of

increasingly irregular mensus (not unusual among women my age, I'm

49) well, I just started my 2ND exactly 28 day cycle with minimal

pms. This may not be a perfectly empirical scientific study yet but I

am sure convinced that it is a result of the millet tofu diet

(besides losing weight and feeling healthier than I have in years!).
