Gururattan's "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World" has an excellent

set called "Cleansing the Lymph Glands".

Also, there are various sets where we (often hold Buddhi mudra) and

swing our arms in large circles, sometimes forward, sometimes

backwards. This kind of movement is helpful for the lymphatic

system, and one of my teachers uses this exercise as a warm-up for

that reason.

Breath is very important for lymphatic flow - the amount of lymph

that enters the venous system is dependent on both depth of

inspiration and rate of breath, so long deep (emphasis on deep)

breathing is very helpful, and so is breath of fire.

BTW, so is any form of exercise that includes postural changes, which

is why the general practice of yoga stimulates the lymphatic system

very effectively, since it combines breathing with postural changes.

Finally, soft tissue massage also pumps lymphatic fluid.

Many blessings,

Sadhant
