I started my KY classes on the 5th of June - every tuesday for 8 weeks from 1815hours to 2100hrs. I was a bit apprehensive the first day because of my age - I am 50 years, and also because of the fact that I am not very flexible and has a bad back too. I enjoyed tremendously. The next day I felt great - no aches and pains and a sence of well-being enveloped my whole body. That was all. After that day my health deteriorated. The second tuesday I woke up with migraine and could not do anything. Later in the week I developed a temperature in my body with non-stop coughing. Today I am on antibiotics and has not attended any more KY classes. I hope to go on the 10th of July. I wondered if my sickness is connected to KY.
