Guest guest Posted July 7, 2001 Report Share Posted July 7, 2001 Sat Nam, Many years ago the first meditation I learned doing Kundalini Yoga was Long Sat Nams. JUst for the heck of it after all these years I tried it again and wow! I'm having a little trouble remembering the exact pronunciation of the (a) in s-a-a-a-a-a-a-t. I keep fluctuating between the (a) sound inSAT NAM (BUT MOM)and the (a) sound in SA-TA-NA-MA. All of the books I have are very helpful with the meditation, and I even remember the meditation as it was taught in the yoga class I went to years ago.
