Wahe Guru Ji Ka Kalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki fateh!

 

I am a drummer and training for a long 40 hours "drumathon" for a

charity in England.

 

I need to know how can I strengthen my back as I will be seated for

so long and also how to increase my energy levels and focus and

concentration, as well as beating tiredness and remain alert!

 

Please any information would be extremely appreciated!

I've heard that K Yoga is great so...I want to find out how it can

help me!
