I completed my 40 days on the tofu/millet diet. I feel so much

healthier! Having just read Gururattan's lesson on addictions (gifts

from the garbage - online training lesson 6) I took a day off from

the diet and tried out a few foods I'd missed or thought about and

observed the effects. I had a cup of coffee with cream & honey (my

major additive substance)... what a rush! I only drank half of it but

got an initial buzz that I enjoyed followed by a not so enjoyable

buzziness and tightness in my forehead. I also ate bread with

mayonnaise & cheese which was tasty but gave me a heavy feeling. Now

I am back on the millet/tofu diet, day 3 of a 90 day commitment. My

success with the 40 day commitment has encouraged me.

I tend to feel that the problems in my life or places where I am

blocked are like a tangle of string. ie: If I can loosen up one area

the other areas have more room to detangle. With the improvement of

my health and vitality I feel better equipped to deal with my

livelihood prosperity issues. I've just begun working with the book

(from Ancient Healing catalog) 'Radiance and Victory, A Woman's Way

to Prosperity'. I've chosen 'Har Har Gobinday...ect' as my prosperity

mantra to work with for 40 days (now day 3). One thing I've realized

is that I am not very clear about what specifically my mission is so

I'm working with the set for improving intuition. As for my

dishwashing job, if it was just washing dishes, I actually find that

an enjoyable task. The challenge for me is keeping things mellow with

the cooks that I work with in terms of their respective grumpiness or

bossiness. I've been in positions of authority as an activist and a

teacher so being submissive to someone who is stingy with food or

listens to Klassic Rock radio for 8 hours comes with great

difficulty! I keep reminding myself to be graceful in my body AND in

my attitude while I keep praying for clarity of my mission.

Thank you all so much for your support

Bountiful, Blissful, & Beautiful
