I have been trying to find it and can't. If I had the XRef # from the actual video tape I could have a better chance to locate it. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Guest guest Posted July 14, 2001 Report Share Posted July 14, 2001 Sat nam, Wanda and All, I am new to the group; have been practicing KY for almost a year now; numerous benefits in all aspects of life. I practice at home with videos and have several, including Ravi Singh's "Fat Free Yoga." It is a good video; fairly vigorous, with several breathing exercises designed to calm and cool and eliminate cravings. The breathing and the exercises are intended to support the glandular system and speed up metabolism. I would not start with this video if you are a beginner and/or not very fit as it is vigorous.
