Guest guest
Whew, am I posting a lot tonight! I so rarely get this much downtime any more that I am taking advantage of it! I am wondering what meditation would be best for this situation: my sister is really suffering from depression and panic, and I want to send her some healing energy and love. The only meditation I am acquainted with is the ra ma da sa sa say so hung. Would this be the best? Also, if anyone could recommend an easy set for her to do--I keep hoping that she will find something in this amazing yoga to help heal herself. Many thanks-- Jessie

Guest guest
Jessie, Yogi Bhajan says that once you know kundalini yoga there is no excuse to be depressed. There is an exceptional lecture on depression that includes a yoga set located in the archives of Yogi Bhajan. Just go to the 3ho website and click on Yogi Bhajan's classes. There is also a wonderful lesson and a simple meditation by Gururattan Kaur Khalsa located at kundalini yogakyt16.html. Thanks for being kind and compassionate to your sister. Countless Blessings, Dawn
Guest guest
Have you tried it personally? How do you know it works? Can one trust unknown people and make sure there would be no harm done? --- Astral3 wrote: > Hi, > > there is a site with of people who do healing > for free. They are very > good.
