Guest guest
Dear Jessie I am experiencing problems with Sat Kriya right now - not the same as the ones you described, but I have to fight hard with myself every morning to do it. I guess part of me is trying to cling on to old habits and patterns. I know it is a battle I have to win, and one I will win. It would be so easy to give in and not bother, but that is not what KY is all about! :-) Sat Nam! You might consider changing your attitude of "battle, win, fight." The war is always hard to win. There is less resistence in cooperation and exploration.
